Er ist im Jahre 2001 entstanden und erstreckt sich \u00fcber ein\u00a0 150 ha gro\u00dfes Waldgebiet, durch das der Fluss\u00a0 \u201eParamythiotis\u201c\u00a0 str\u00f6mt, der am Strand Karavostassi ins Meer m\u00fcndet.<br \/>\nDer Park bietet wilden Tieren, wie z. B. Wildschweinen, Hirschen, Hasen, Fasanen und Rebh\u00fchnern Unterschlupf, die auf eingez\u00e4untem Gel\u00e4nde leben, so dass der Besucher sie ohne Gefahr beobachten kann. Entlang des Flusses befinden sich Wehre, an denen Sie Forellen und Aale in deren nat\u00fcrlicher Umgebung beobachten k\u00f6nnen.<br \/>\nFreunde des Wandersports werden \u00fcber die den Park durchkreuzenden Wanderpfade begeistert sein. \u00dcber eine L\u00e4nge von mehr als einem Kilometer, mit malerischen kleinen Br\u00fccken \u00fcber die gesamte Strecke verteilt, wird die nat\u00fcrliche Sch\u00f6nheit der Umgebung den Besucher bezaubern. \u00dcberall gibt es Pavillons und\u00a0 B\u00e4nke, auf denen Sie sich ausruhen k\u00f6nnen, sowie Schilder zu Ihrer
